ADVANCED CHAMBER MUSIC SESSIONS

The Advanced Chamber Music Sessions is a four-day series of intensive coaching, during which talented young musicians will explore the fine art of chamber music performance, refine their technique, and improve their overall musicianship. Artists will be coached by some of Australia's premier musicians in an intimate setting and inspiring environment, designed to nurture emerging chamber musicians.

The workshops will focus on chamber music preparation and performance, and students are encouraged to attend with their already formed groups. Individual musicians, however, are welcome to attend the sessions, and will be placed into groups at the sessions.

Designed for pre-tertiary and tertiary students, the Sessions will be held at the Academy of Music and Performing Arts in Rozelle, and will span across the Australia Day Long Weekend.

Participants in the 2015 Advanced Chamber Music Sessions will receive expert tuition from some of Australia's leading chamber musicians:
